About The Saleen S7 Twin Turbo - One Of The Most Expensive Cars:
Average Price in 2012: $560,000 USD with the standard 750 hp engine.The Saleen S7 Twin Turbo was a revised version of the standard S7. The initial design for the S7 included
twin-turbochargers, but they were not fitted on the final production car. The twin-turbocharged model was later
produced in 2005 and was available at a price of $585,296 USD, replacing the basic S7 car.
The engine was fitted with two Garrett turbochargers for boosting power, reaching a maximum power of 750 hp.
The front and rear diffusers and the rear spoiler were also reworked to enhance downforce by 60%.
In 2006, Saleen presented an optional racing package for the S7 Twin Turbo. The package gain a 33%
increase in power, to a total of 1000 hp, along with suspension revision, improved front and rear diffuser,
and an extra aerodynamic package with carbon fiber front and rear spoilers.
